Request deletion of your data

Fotomakers uses Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp information to manage its own customer communications, posts, comments, advertising and lead enquiries.

Remove a Meta connection

Remove Fotomakers in your Facebook Business Integrations. Where Meta sends a verified deauthorization or deletion callback, Fotomakers disables that connection and queues the associated integration data for deletion.

Customer messages and other personal data

Email privacy@fotomakers.com with the channel used and enough information to locate your records. Do not send passwords or identity documents in the initial request. We may need to verify ownership before removing data.

Removing the Meta integration does not cancel orders or erase independently maintained transaction records. Tell us if your request also concerns your Fotomakers customer account; we will explain any records that must be retained.
