Fotomakers ("we", "us", or "our") operates this application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
1. Information Collection and Use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
- Cookies and Usage Data
Usage Data
We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
2. Use of Data
Fotomakers uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service
- To notify you about changes to our Service
- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
- To provide customer support
- To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service
- To monitor the usage of our Service
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues
3. Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp integration
Fotomakers connects its own business accounts. Authorized staff can view and reply to customer messages, manage owned posts and comments, retrieve account insights, manage advertising and retrieve lead-form submissions when the corresponding permissions are granted. We do not request access to features merely to obtain additional permissions.
The integration processes account and Page identifiers, granted permissions, access credentials, message content and attachments, sender identifiers, timestamps, posts, comments, aggregate insights, advertisement information and the fields submitted in lead forms. Customer identity may be linked to existing orders and support tickets to handle enquiries.
We use service providers including Meta, Google/Firebase and configured hosting and mail services to operate these features. Staff access is restricted through application roles. If automated assistance is enabled, the configured AI service may process the conversation context needed to produce a response; staff are responsible for configuring and disclosing that use appropriately.
Providing a phone number or submitting a lead form does not by itself authorize marketing messages. We record messaging preferences and consent where required. You can ask staff to stop messages, or send STOP in the conversation. Revoking consent does not cancel your orders.
Retention, disconnection and deletion
We retain integration data while it is needed for the business interaction or operation of the connected account. Disconnection removes the saved connection credentials; it does not by itself erase order or support history. Verified Meta deletion requests queue removal of the associated integration data. Independently maintained transaction records may require separate retention.
To request access, correction or deletion of customer data, follow our data deletion instructions or contact privacy@fotomakers.com. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own account before taking action.
4. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
